New version of NETSHe (0.3.0) is released. NETSHe is beta now

New version of NETSHe (0.3.0) is released.

It contains a lot of bug fixes and improvements.
It works much faster and uses less memory.
It runs under php-5.3.
It has full functional firewall, dyndns client, pptp, pppoe client, support for usb adsl-modems and lot others.

This release opens "beta"-stage for NETSHe.
